HACCP / ISO 22000 documentation

Objective: 

• The aim of this course is to train the participants theoretically and practically on the documentation of HACCP / ISO 22000 management system. On successful completion, the participants should be able to determine what documents are required for these management systems, what should be the structure, how to document, how to do flow charts ... etc.
